Urethane Classifier Shoes

• Dur-X-Line® Urethane Classifier shoes typically last two to three times longer than ni-hard, white iron, or other metal.
• Since Urethane Shoes are much lighter than metal, machine bearing life is longer and they require less power for operation.
• Their flexibility helps them to conform to irregularities of the screw flight.
• Sand Classifier shoes are also available molded in a contour configuration which offers a tighter fit to the screw.

Durex Urethane and Rubber 4' X 8' and 4' X 10' standard sheets:

• Durex Urethane sheets can be made without a backing or with expanded metal backing.
• Durex Rubber sheets can be made with no backing, expanded metal backing, or with solid steel backings.

Urethane coated bolts are available along with a counter bore tool to install sheet products. Durex Products' counter bore tool has a movable stop so the depth can be changed for cutting holes in different thicknesses of sheet.

Dur-X-Line® Urethane Beaver Tail Spray Flange Assembliesdeflect water evenly to wash material consistently and prevent isolated wear on the screen surface. By eliminating nozzles they also reduce clogging.  Unlike steel or brass spray deflectors, Dur-X-Line® Urethane Spray Flanges won’t become sharp due to wear.
